FAQ - Questions about Fresh Fruit Bouquets, Fruit Baskets, Chocolate covered Fruits and Gifts
1. How can I Order a fresh fruit bouquet(s)?
After making your choice for fresh fruit bouquet, select ‘Order Now’ tab. Fill up the details - date, time of delivery
and provide complete address.
Please Note: Incomplete address or any error in the same may delay your order processing.
2. Why can’t I order a bouquet in less than 24 hours from time of delivery?
All orders should preferably be placed 1 - 2 days in advance of the required delivery date as our team will require atleast 24 hours time to select and choose best quality exotic fruits for your ordered fresh fruit bouquet. A well on time placed order will be well on time at your door!!
If your order is for delivery on a Holiday or during peak seasons, we recommend that you order atleast 3 days in advance of the occasion due to the high volume of orders.
3. How is the bouquet preparation and delivery done?
Fresh Fruit Bouquets from Fruitz Koncepts TM are prepared in hygienic and clean conditions. The required temperature is being maintained throughout the storing of fruits, preparation and during delivery. Carefully selected fruits are handled very cautiously during the complete preparation till it reaches you!
4. What about the quality of fruits used?
Fruitz Koncepts TM doesn’t and will never compromise on the quality served to our esteemed customers. We guarantee about quality of fresh fruits, packaging material used by us for your fresh fruit bouquet.
5. Can I customize my own fresh fruit bouquet?
Fruitz KonceptsTM is happy to customize fresh fruit bouquet of your choice, given that the order and intimation for same is done atleast before 48 hours (i.e. 2 days in advance) from delivery time.
Please Note: Customization is done in terms of having a more or less of particular fruit(s) in your fresh fruit bouquet. Customization Charges @ 25% of the Fresh Fruit Bouquet which is being modified.

6. How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?
You will receive a confirmatory mail from Fruitz Koncepts TM within 30 minutes after we receive your order. The mail will contain your Order No. and re-confirmation on delivery date, time and venue.
Please Note: Kindly inform us beforehand if you find any error in the details sent by us in our confirmatory mail.
7. What if the recipient is not available on the given address?
We collect a signature from the recipient upon delivery. Recipients are required to be available to receive orders otherwise orders will be left with the closest neighbor for home deliveries or co-worker if delivered to the office.
8. For which areas can I place the order for fresh fruit bouquet?
Fruitz Koncepts TM provides delivery service to all customers in Delhi/ Ghaziabad/ Noida/ Gurgaon.
9. Can I change the delivery time or delivery address?
Any change in the order should be intimated to Fruitz Koncepts TM before 5.00 PM on the day before the requested delivery date otherwise schedule will be followed as ordered.
10. What are the delivery charges?
We deliver free to certain areas, but others may incur a delivery fee. Contact us to find out if we deliver free to your area!
11. Which Size of Fresh Fruit Bouquet is suitable for my gathering?
Please make your selection like this:
Small: For gathering of 10-15 people (bouquet will have no. of people X 2 fresh fruit sticks)
Medium: For gathering of 25-30 people (bouquet will have no. of people X 2 fresh fruit sticks)
Jumbo: For gathering of 40-45 people (bouquet will have no. of people X 2 fresh fruit sticks)
For gathering more than 50 people, either you can select multiple no.s of a bouquet or for single bouquet customization for large gathering, send us your requirement on mychoice@fruitzkoncepts.com
We are not responsible for:
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
- Distressed fruit and chocolate due to lost time on an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender.
- Our fresh fruit bouquets contain wooden skewers (sticks) which are not suitable to be managed by children or handled inadequately. Adult supervision is recommended. Fruitz Koncepts TM is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for accidents resulting from improper use of the skewers or any other accessory included in our designs.
