We value your time in ordering with us and thus would like to make ourselves more ‘transparent’ to you as below before we accept your order.
Disclaimer and Operation Policy
1. Bouquet Preparation
Fresh Fruit Bouquets from Fruitz Koncepts are prepared in hygienic and clean conditions. The required temperature is being maintained throughout while storing fruits, bouquet preparation and delivery. Carefully selected fruits are handled very cautiously during the complete preparation till it reaches you!
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason the recipient should encounter a problem with our products, we would be available to understand the reason for complaint and make appropriate arrangements to ensure compensation for the value. 2. Size of Fresh Fruit Bouquet
It is completely up to our esteemed customer to make a size selection. Although, we provide you with following description for the sizes of Fruit Bouquets:
Medium: Serves upto 8 people
Large: serves upto 12 people
3. Fruits Seasonality and Availability
Fruitz Koncepts works hard to ensure that Fruit Bouquets delivered to you match shown pictures. Please note that some fruits are seasonal and depend on availability. In any extreme case when we couldn’t arrange any particular fruit, Fruitz reserves the right to add-on any other fruit of same or higher value to ensure value for money of your order with us.
Containers may vary in color from those shown based on availability of the specific container. There may be slight variations that will not affect the overall look or contents of your chosen delicious fresh fruit bouquet.
4. Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmatory mail from Fruitz Koncepts within 30 minutes after we successfully receive your order with payment. The mail will contain your Order No. and re-confirmation on delivery date, time and venue. Kindly inform us beforehand if you find any error in the details sent by us in our confirmatory mail.
5. Order Timings
We are here to serve you 7 days (Sundays Open) a week. With our Online Store, you can order with us 24X7 and deliveries are available from 1130hrs to 2030hrs IST everyday. Our Customer Care @ 9871153804 is available from 0930hrs to 2200hrs IST. In case of any query beyond this time, please feel free to contact us on hello@fruitzkoncepts.com and it will be responded in the very 1st working hour.
For certain NCR regions, deliveries may begin from 1300hrs. Please feel free to contact us @ 9871153804 to know more about expected delivery time for your area before placing the Order.
For same day Delivery, we accept orders till 1300hrs; orders received post 1300 hrs will be automatically processed for the next day.
Fruitz will be unable to deliver your order at the specific time, if mentioned. Please note that Fruitz will make best of its efforts to ensure timely delivery but road conditions and approach of the delivery address need to be taken into consideration. Please feel free to call us @ 9871153804 in case you have specific time requirement, for which we will try our best to deliver within 30 minutes of chosen time.
If ordering for a Party or Lunch or Dinner, we suggest to kindly choose the delivery at least 1 hour prior to the desired time.
6. Unavailability of Delivery
Fruitz will make best of its efforts to serve you everyday. But in case of National Bandh, Dharnas, Major Traffic Diversions, Curfew, Act of God, Floods or any other unexpected circumstances, Fruitz reserves the right to choose not to make deliveries at this point in time. The same will be conveyed to the Customer and the delivery will automatically be made on the following day at possible time. No refunds will be made in such cases.
7. Delivery Area
Fruitz is available to deliver in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurgaon and Faridabad. The areas are available on our website which you can select once you select any Fruit Bouquet of your choice. In case you do not find your area for delivery, please do not hesitate to call us @ 9871153804. We would try our best to possibly accommodate your area for the delivery.
A Standard delivery charge will be applicable to every delivery. It will appear once you select the bouquet of your choice. You can opt for ‘Pick from Store’ to avoid delivery charges.
8. Delivery Details
We make our best efforts to serve you and your loved ones. In order to facilitate in hassle-free delivery, kindly provide us with complete delivery address, preferably with a recognizable landmark. Also, it is very important to mention the recipient’s contact no. while filling up the delivery form.
Fruitz will not be responsible for:
- Late deliveries happen due to inappropriate or incomplete address provided to us.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
- Distressed fruit and chocolate due to lost time on an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender.
For any reason, Fruitz cannot re-route the delivery other than the given delivery address.
For Special Day’s Delivery like Valentine’s/ New Year/ Diwali etc., we request to kindly place orders at least 3 days in advance to avoid delay in processing. Fruitz, however, will make best possible efforts to deliver your order in the preferred time but in case of any unavoidable circumstances, Fruitz reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for the next or following day.
9. For Deliveries to Offices/ or premises other than Home
Kindly mention Complete Office/ Premise Address, specifically the floor number, extension no. of the recipient. Fruitz will consider order as executed in the following circumstances and no refund will be made in such a case:
- In case the recipient has left the premise before the delivery, the bouquet will be delivered at the reception
- Recipient disagrees to accept the Delivery / Order
- Premise is locked or recipient not available at the time of delivery
10. Recipient not available on the given address
Recipients are required to be available to receive orders otherwise orders will be left with the closest neighbor for home deliveries or co-worker if delivered to the office. We collect a signature from the recipient upon delivery, which can be presented in case of any dispute.
11. Modification in delivery time or delivery address
Any change in the order should be intimated to Fruitz Koncepts at least 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date otherwise schedule will be followed as ordered.
12. Payment Options
Fruitz Koncepts has adopted one of the most reliable payment processes to ensure every transaction made by you to be safe and secure. We provide our Domestic as well as International customers with every possible convenient payment options viz. Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net-Banking and Paypal. Fruitz do not accept COD’s. Please note that your order cannot be processed unless the payment is made for your Order, even in the case of ‘Pick Up from Store’.
13. Bulk Orders (> 10 bouquets)
In case of bulk orders, kindly contact us @ 9871153804 or mail us on hello@fruitzkoncepts.com to understand the delivery pattern and availabilities on a particular day. Fruitz reserves the right to make the deliveries in installments in case of Bulk Orders.
14. Bouquet Handling
Our fresh fruit bouquets contain wooden skewers (sticks) which are not suitable to be managed by children or handled inadequately. Adult supervision is recommended. Fruitz Koncepts is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for accidents resulting from improper use of the skewers or any other accessory included in our designs.
